Careers: Junior Influencer Relations Coordinator
This role assists in the coordination and execution of influencer campaigns, requiring a mix of organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in Influencer Identification: Aid in the research and identification of potential influencers aligned with brand campaigns.
- Outreach Coordination: Support in outreach efforts, drafting initial communications, and maintaining contact databases.
- Campaign Monitoring: Assist in monitoring ongoing influencer campaigns, tracking performance metrics, and compiling reports.
- Content Coordination: Coordinate content delivery schedules, ensuring timely submission and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Relationship Management: Foster relationships with influencers, providing support and acting as a point of contact for inquiries.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and influencer strategies.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documents.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent: Preferably in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail, especially in monitoring influencer activities and campaign performance.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
- Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment, ready to learn and grow within the role.
- Team Player: Collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
